Cookie and Landing Analytics Notice

Version: slsbmb-ai-legal-2026-10-16
Effective date: 16 October 2026

1. Essential functions and two analytics modes

SLSBMB Limited uses essential storage and security measures for sign-in, requested sessions, forms, privacy choices and protection against misuse of free search. Separate from those functions, we distinguish general audience statistics from optional analysis of an identifiable visitor's journey. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or third-party session replay.

2. What we collect and why

Essential: sign-in and security cookies, a random free-search quota identifier, your privacy choice and Cloudflare Turnstile checks where needed. Security and service records can include IP addresses, user agents and operational events. Payment, account, fulfilment and legal-acceptance records serve their own necessary purposes and do not depend on optional analytics permission.

General service statistics: aggregate operational totals can be derived from the service records needed to provide accounts, payments and fulfilment. These totals are not an alternative way to reconstruct an individual browsing history. Current optional browser measurement uses the permission-based mode below. A separate browser-measurement mode without permission is not enabled by this Notice.

Optional visitor-journey analytics: visitor and session identifiers, page views, button clicks, scroll depth, coarse click positions and relevant referral and campaign values. With permission, these can be linked to a workspace and purchase journey. This is pseudonymous personal data, not anonymous statistics. We do not use the general-statistics or security mode to reconstruct this history when permission is absent.

Analytics do not intentionally collect form contents, page text, email addresses, contact rows, sign-in tokens or full referrer paths. URLs and campaign parameters can themselves contain personal information: do not place personal or secret values in them. Collection excludes unnecessary identifiers and free-form content.

3. Your choices

Optional visitor-journey analytics are off until you allow them. The analytics choice lets you allow or reject with equal ease and change your choice later. Use “Privacy choices” on the website or in the app to change your choice. A refusal on one browser or origin does not silently grant permission on another.

Rejecting or withdrawing does not prevent the free interview, purchase or paid service. Withdrawal stops future optional collection and removes our optional browser identifiers; it does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. An analytics refusal does not switch off sign-in, security, order or payment records. The existing ?analytics=off link turns off analytics collection. Browser settings can also remove storage, although blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or the free-search function.

4. Retention and rights

Optional individual-level analytics are normally retained for 90 days. Aggregated statistics do not grant permission to retain personal browsing histories indefinitely. Longer-lived statistics must not identify a person. Essential security, purchase and audit records follow their own purposes and retention criteria in the Privacy Notice.
