Subprocessors and Providers

Version: slsbmb-ai-legal-2026-10-16
Effective date: 16 October 2026

1. Two different roles

SLSBMB Limited uses providers for hosting, databases, storage and encrypted backups; email infrastructure, DNS and domain registration; AI; public-web research, enrichment and verification; payments; security, monitoring and support. A subprocessor processes customer personal data on our behalf. Some providers, such as payment services or independent contact-data sources, may instead act as independent controllers for their own activities. Their actual function determines the role.

Payment options currently include Airwallex for cards and supported device wallets, NOWPayments for crypto and banks for wire transfers. Cloudflare Turnstile provides anti-abuse checks. This public overview is not the identified subprocessor register.

2. Customer-accessible register

For processing that requires an identified subprocessor register, SLSBMB must make that register available before the relevant processing. Request the provider information and applicable arrangements at a@slsbmb.com. The relevant information must identify the contracting entity, processing function, relevant data, locations, role and applicable safeguards, including AI route and retention information. Access may require confidentiality protections for legitimate non-public information. This category overview is not evidence that a customer-specific register or transfer schedule has been completed. Those protections do not prevent disclosure required by data-protection law.

3. Authorisation, changes and responsibility

Authorisation, advance notice, objections and SLSBMB's responsibility for subprocessors follow the Data Processing Terms. Choosing a replacement provider for capacity or reliability does not waive those requirements. Independent-controller providers are described separately so that a customer can understand which contract and privacy notice applies.
