Crypto Payment Terms
These terms are part of the Terms of Service of SLSBMB Limited ("SLSBMB").
1. Hosted invoices
Crypto payments for SLSBMB AI are made through NOWPayments hosted invoices. You must follow the exact instructions shown on the hosted invoice, including the amount, currency, network, memo or tag, destination address and time window.
2. When a crypto payment counts
A redirect, success screen, pending status, underpayment, overpayment, transfer on the wrong network, missing memo or tag, or amount mismatch is not a completed payment. A crypto payment counts only when the invoice reference, amount and currency can be matched to final confirmation from the provider.
3. Finality
Crypto payments are final and non-refundable, as set out in the Refund, Cancellation and Suspension Policy. Any return of money that the policy requires is made manually, may require wallet, identity or compliance checks, and is net of provider fees, network fees, exchange spread, compliance costs and any loss caused by an error on your side, only to the extent applicable law and provider rules allow those deductions.
4. Your errors and market risk
Subject to our own express and non-excludable duties, SLSBMB is not responsible for customer transfers on the wrong network, missing memos or tags, expired invoices, wallet mistakes, network congestion, exchange delays, changes in exchange rates, wallet sanctions or compliance blocks, or transfers that the provider cannot detect or match automatically.
5. Compliance checks
SLSBMB or its provider may delay, hold, review, reject or refuse crypto payments or returns for sanctions, anti-money-laundering, fraud, abuse, provider, technical or legal reasons.
