Service, confidentiality and legal questions

Version: slsbmb-ai-legal-2026-10-17b
Effective date: 17 October 2026

This page explains the linked agreement and notices. The agreement governs; this explanation does not create additional services or campaign-specific legal advice.

Who controls automatic outreach?

You commission the campaign and provide its business purpose, offer, audience criteria, sender identities and restrictions. SLSBMB AI automates research, writing and sending within the purchased service. You can review and pause campaigns. Your responsibility for the campaign continues when messages are sent automatically. See Terms sections 8 and 11 and the Outbound Compliance Policy.

What if someone complains or sues over my campaign?

You handle the claim and arrange your own legal defence. SLSBMB does not provide legal representation, insurance or a promise to reimburse campaign claims. If your campaign also exposes SLSBMB or the other Protected Persons to a covered claim, Terms section 17 requires you to defend them and pay covered losses and reasonable costs. Terms section 16 sets out the exclusions, shared liability cap and mandatory exceptions. A complaint or claim does not itself create a refund right. Preserve the relevant records and contact a@slsbmb.com if the matter affects the Service.

Do the tools guarantee lawful outreach or freedom from claims?

No. Sender details, unsubscribe handling, suppression and sending controls support operation; permissions depend on the audience, jurisdiction and campaign. You are responsible for establishing the required basis, notices and permissions. A verified address is not permission to market to it. Obtain advice appropriate to your campaign when needed.

Is my brief confidential? Can we sign an NDA?

Terms section 13 protects non-public information in the free interview and paid service. Permitted uses, exceptions and liability limits are stated there. A separate NDA can be requested at a@slsbmb.com with your requirements or draft; it requires authorised acceptance. If you require that separate agreement before disclosing information, tell PROXY to wait. An AI reply does not sign an NDA.

Where can I find the data-processing arrangements?

The Privacy Notice explains purposes and rights; the Data Processing Terms govern instructed processing and include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum with a completed Transfer Schedule. The providers that process data for us are listed on the Subprocessors and Providers page.

Who provides privacy information to the contacts?

For your instructed search and outreach, you are responsible for the privacy information for your processing. That also applies if you buy and export contacts without sending through SLSBMB. A short line in the first email works only when that email is lawful and within the applicable deadline; an earlier disclosure or the time since collection can require earlier provision. Use the guide and templates with your actual facts. SLSBMB remains responsible for its own controller activities, including its public demonstrations and necessary service-wide suppression. A privacy notice is separate from permission to send marketing.

Can I change my offer or reward before launch?

Tell PROXY the corrected fact while reviewing your brief. Your reward or offer is your business instruction. If a playbook or campaign already exists, the available revision path and any price depend on that stage and the purchased terms. The correction does not itself buy a new service or promise a free rebuild. PROXY preserves an instruction to wait before launch.

Which terms apply to me?

New use and purchases follow the effective terms presented for them. An existing purchase retains its accepted version; request it at a@slsbmb.com. A separately accepted agreement controls only the matters it changes. PROXY can explain documents available to you and identify when an authorised answer is needed.
