Contact Sourcing and Suppression Policy
This policy is part of the Terms of Service of SLSBMB Limited ("SLSBMB") and owns the contact pricing and settlement terms.
1. What AI Contacts provides
AI Contacts (the Contacts Shop and Contact Packs) finds business contacts that match your search, verifies their business email addresses and delivers them as a downloadable Contact Pack in your SLSBMB AI workspace. It is AI-assisted search, matching, verification and packaging of business-contact facts from public web signals and third-party search and enrichment providers. The service does not give exclusive access to a private database: the same contacts may be found by, and delivered to, other customers. This product description does not decide its legal classification under data-protection or data-broker laws. The Privacy Notice explains contact-data handling and the route for rights requests.
2. Search and free sample
Searching and the free sample are free. The sample shows a limited number of rows and the total matches reported for the filters shown. Review and correct the filters before you order, because the paid order uses exactly those filters. A sample, a total or an AI check describes the search, not every person in a paid order.
3. Price, holds and settlement
Verified business emails cost US$0.10 each (0.10 SLSBMB credits). One order requests between 50 and 3,000 verified emails from one search, or the whole matching market if it has fewer than 50 people. When you order, we hold the maximum price in credits, capture only the unique verified emails actually delivered, and return the rest of the hold to your wallet. If no verified email is found, or a provider fails, the whole hold returns to your wallet. Results can be far below the number requested. By default an order excludes contacts already known in your workspace; you can choose to search without that filter. Phone numbers are not included. A contact allowance bought together with a playbook is posted to your wallet and settles in the same way.
Settlement is final. Returning the unused part of a hold is not a refund, and captured credits are not refunded, as set out in the Refund, Cancellation and Suspension Policy.
4. Quality
"Verified" means the address passed deliverability verification at the time of delivery. It does not mean that its owner consented to your marketing, that the data is free from legal restrictions or that every proposed message is lawful. Contact data can still be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, duplicated or unsuitable; people change jobs; and addresses can bounce later. Contacts are delivered as is, without any warranty, and a bounce, change or unsuitability after delivery does not entitle you to a refund or a replacement.
5. Suppression
We may exclude or suppress contacts for opt-out, objection, complaint, bounce, quality, source, provider or legal reasons, and we keep suppression records to protect recipients and the Service. After export you must keep honouring suppression, opt-out and do-not-contact obligations in your own systems.
6. Your use of contacts
You may use delivered contacts only for your own lawful professional outreach, and you must not resell, publish or share them as a data product. You alone are responsible for the lawful basis, notices, opt-out handling and every other legal obligation that applies to your use of the contacts, as set out in the Outbound Compliance Policy.
7. Privacy information when you buy or export contacts
You are responsible for providing the privacy information required for your use of the contacts, whether you send through SLSBMB, another system or not at all. The relevant deadline may arise before a first campaign email or export. Follow the Outbound Compliance Policy and establish any applicable exception; purchasing, downloading or deleting a pack is not itself a substitute for the required notice.
The contact privacy guide includes a short notice, a standalone notification and a full notice template. Complete them with your actual purposes, basis, sources and handling; an uncompleted template is not ready to send. A completed notice does not permit otherwise unlawful marketing. The service does not automatically contact exported people merely because you bought a Contact Pack, and its purchase does not buy a separate notice-delivery service.
